When will Planet DJs contact me prior to the event to set-up a final meeting?
You will be contacted two weeks prior to the event by phone. We will set-up a final meeting to go over all of the final details and type out an outline for the event. This outline can be given to the photographers and videographers and to the catering company to make sure your party is a hit.
